What Owners Say
Owners and enthusiasts consistently praise the SPX as an exceptionally lightweight reclining carbon fiber bucket seat, with some calling it among the best racing seats available. The deep seat pan and supportive bolstering earn particular recognition, though the narrower leg area may feel restrictive for larger drivers. The lightweight construction and FIA-level quality appeal strongly to serious track enthusiasts who prioritize performance and lateral support. However, there is documented concern about structural durability, specifically regarding the stamped base, which represents a significant safety consideration at this price point. Despite this criticism, the SPX maintains its reputation as a premium choice for dedicated motorsport applications where weight savings and proper support are paramount.
