Return Policy

No‑Hassle Returns & Exchanges

Motorsport Mayhem allows returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, you must provide the original receipt, and the product must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be included and intact. Items that show wear, installation marks, damage, or misuse cannot be accepted. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued within five days.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, the refund will be issued as store credit. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional two to three business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you need to make an exchange, simply complete the return process and then place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you secure the inventory and receive your new parts quickly. If your new order qualifies for free ground shipping, it will ship at no additional cost. Return shipping for the original order remains your responsibility.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can do this by contacting our team during normal business hours or by emailing us at Info@motorsportmayhem.com. Please have your order number available. Once your request is approved, you will receive an RA email with instructions.

After receiving your RA email, print the included form and return label if one is provided. Include the form inside your return package. You have 30 days from the date the RA is issued to ship your return. Do not tape anything to the original product packaging. All items must be placed inside a separate shipping box. You may reuse the original shipping carton, but you must not use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping container, as it will arrive damaged and be rejected by our returns department.

Be sure to keep your return tracking information. Motorsport Mayhem is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrectly shipped, or damaged item, contact us immediately. In these situations, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please do not send any items C.O.D.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. Any electronic item that has been opened or has a broken manufacturer seal is non‑returnable. All tuners are non‑returnable. Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation cannot be returned. Tools or chemicals with opened packaging or broken seals are also non‑returnable. Open‑box items with destroyed or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
