Motorsport Mayhem FAQ

Where We Ship

Motorsport Mayhem currently ships to the Lower 48 States of the United States of America only. We do not ship to Alaska, Peurto Rico, and Hawaii at this time. 

Shipping Time

Ground shipping is estimated at 2–3 business days. Actual delivery times may vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email within 24 Hours containing:

- Your tracking number.

- A direct link to track your shipment.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at: motorsportmayheminfo@gmail.com

Order Cut‑Off Time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PST ship out the same day. Orders placed after the cut‑off time ship the next business day.

Missing Parts

If your order is missing hardware or components, submit a request through our Contact Us page so we can arrange a replacement.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or appears opened:

- Do not accept the package. Inform the driver you are refusing it due to damage.

- If the package was left without your presence, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

- You must also notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.

- We cannot accept responsibility for damage claims submitted after 24 hours.

Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30‑day return policy. All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted — no exceptions.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

1. Submit a request through our Contact Form.

2. Include the issue and reason for return.

3. Once approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.

Free Return Shipping

All approved returns include free return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided once your RMA is issued.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be in original condition

- Unused, unworn, and with all original tags

- In original packaging

- Must include all parts and hardware originally supplied

- Items must be uninstalled.

Non‑returnable items include:

- Products showing signs of use

- Items not in original condition

- Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us

How to Get Your Return Label

Once your return is approved, you will receive a downloadable, printable return shipping label via email.
